Aristotel (384. - 332. pr. Kr.) bio je grčki filozof i učenik slavnog grčkog filozofa Platona, a kasnije učitelj Aleksandra Velikog. Njegova djela obuhvaćaju širok spektar tema uključujući metafiziku, etiku, logiku, retoriku, političku teoriju, prirodne znanosti i književnost. Aristotelovo slavno djelo "Metafizika" istražuje bit čovjekova postojanja, dok "Nikomahova etika" razmatra moralne vrline i sreću. Osim spomenutih djela, ističu se i druge Aristotelove knjige, poput "O rađanju života" i "Kako biti kreativan".
