Summary
Damir Barbarić: The Politics of Plato's Laws
The exposition on the politics of Plato's Laws is based on the philosopher's late understanding of society and man, after the Politeia, and in the second part of the interpretation of the law. The first part contains chapters on the problem of movement and being, the soul as the source of movement and life, with a digression on Plato's position on the evil soul of the world and freedom as a condition of history. In the second part, the author presents the history of law interpretation and Aristotle's philosophy as the origin of political philosophy.
