The book by Bosnian Franciscan Marko Oršolić deals with the relationship between the Catholic Church and National Socialism, both at the highest levels, between the Vatican and Nazi Germany, as well as the relationship of part of the Catholic Church in Bosnia and Herzegovina with the Ustasha rule. In the first part of the book, the author deals with the general relationship between National Socialism and religion, the silence of the then Pope Pius XII. in relation to the beastly policy of Nazism as well as the turning point related to the attitude towards Jews and Muslims, which is a consequence of the Second Vatican Council, while in the second part of the book there are attachments of original documents that completed the author's evaluations and conclusions.
