The book is a set of 12 chapters in which the complex issues of judo are dealt with in different ways. The chapters were written by international and local experts in this art, and the entire manuscript can be understood as a monograph on judo. In one place you can find encyclopedic and technical, methodical information about throwing techniques, training and competition process. In addition, various physiological, medical, psychological problems and proposals for their solution and implementation in the training and competition process of judokas were addressed. Each chapter contains a large number of relevant bibliographic references of foreign and domestic experts, on the basis of which the reader can check the presented data and, what is more important, expand his interest for additional information on the relevant issue in each chapter. The scientific manuscript in the form of a monograph is suitable for additional education of judo coaches, sports workers in that sport, but also for current and future scientific and research workers who study judo issues from various anthropological aspects.
