Important information

As a rule, you may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
For goods, the withdrawal period generally starts when you or a person designated by you receives the goods.
The goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after sending the withdrawal statement.
The refund, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery, will be made no later than 14 days after receipt of the statement, using the same means of payment and without additional fees, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
The refund may be withheld until the goods are returned or until you provide proof that you have sent them.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
The law provides exceptions to the right of withdrawal for certain types of contracts and goods.
A confirmation containing the statement and the date and time of submission will be sent to your email address.
