Summary
The legacy of antiquity: essays in memory of Maja Hudoletnjak Grgić
Editors: Davor Pećnjak, Petar Šegedin, Kruno Zakarija
This book collects thirteen essays written in memory of Maja Hudoletnjak Grgić (1964–2010), scientific associate of the Institute of Philosophy. They are mainly about some central themes of ancient philosophy, as well as approaches to contemporary problems inspired by the framework set by ancient philosophers.
"They certainly speak best for themselves, testifying with the thematic framework and the appropriate qualitative level not only about the horizon, methodology and depth of Maya's philosophical interests, but, above all, about the fact that even when he is not there, he is a philosopher in the way in which it is only possible for him to truly be, namely by encouraging, gathers and attracts into a collegial and friendly circle of opinion."
