The two-issue "Gradac" contains seven of Kerouac's texts, a selection from his poetry and two interviews he gave to famous American journalists Ted Berigan and William Buckley.

Texts about Kerouac signed by Henry Miller, Alen Ginzberg, Žikica Simić were also published. and others, which talk about Kerouac and his contemporaries, writers Ginzberg, Bob Dylan, John Burroughs and musician Charlie Parker.

The double issue was prepared by the writer Savo Stejepović.

The cover artwork for the double issue of "Gradac" dedicated to Kerouac was made by the fine artist Rastko Kukić.
