Through fifteen chapters, the author discusses the problems and doubts surrounding the concept and practice of international governance in the era of globalization, along with an analytical and theoretical presentation of conflicts on the international scene. It also discusses the biggest problems today - terrorism, migration, organized crime, piracy, the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, environmental security and cyber security, while in the final part it tries to answer the question about the possible directions and solutions of the global security order in the 21st century.
