Ljubica Uvodić Vranić: An Adventure in the Media
If you have ever wondered why people behave differently towards you than you would like or why you behave differently in certain situations than you would like, popular psychology manuals such as those written by Ljubica Uvodić-Vranić provide the answers. In the series "The Adventure of Personal Change", Ljubica Uvodić-Vranić deals with topics from popular psychology that can be applied in everyday life. After three books in the series, Ljubica Uvodić-Vranić wrote the fourth "Adventure", which contains notes, records and preparations for interviews in the media, newspapers, television, radio and public workshops. The fourth "Adventure" also deals with everyday situations and relationships in which we have to choose how to react, and psychology allows us to understand our own feelings and choose a reaction.
What is euphoria and what is anger? How to deal with excess energy released by intense feelings? What is empathy and why do we need it? What good happened to us in the years marked by corona and earthquakes? What do changes bring, why do we resist them and do we need them? How do we spend the holidays as a family? What is the purpose of swearing, and what are insults for? These are just some of the topics covered in the book "Adventure in the media", which are divided into four chapters - We ourselves, We and others, Neighbourhood, village, city, community and Adventure in the media. The book ends with a chapter on the media through which we increasingly build relationships with others.
