Summary

Desimir D. Ivanović: Mother didn't love you

- Internship in communication

In clearing, psychotherapy and support work, communication, i.e. contact and the achieved depth of mutual relationship, represent the alpha and omega of the entire work. When this is achieved, progress and change happen almost automatically. "Man is man's medicine."

"Communication is everything... Most of our needs, and in fact everything that makes us human, has communication at its root. The human need for love and intimacy arises as a result of communication, for example, between a parent and a child... Through the process of communication, we are socialized and brought up. Whether we work, gossip with friends in a cafe, cheer at a football match or pray to God - we communicate... Through communication we get to know ourselves and our roles in society, learn about others and organize ourselves into different groups."

If we limit ourselves to the observation of communication situations that we have in our daily relationship with others, we will notice that the goal always refers to understanding, that is, to a better understanding of something, starting from the person himself, down to the smallest detail related to certain information or what is the subject of mutual communication. In this sense, communication can be defined as the process of reaching a common understanding.
