Emotions such as anxiety, envy, fear, guilt, rejection and jealousy are indeed toxic, but first we need to recognize them as such, and then manage them in order to achieve inner peace and get rid of feelings of chronic dissatisfaction. Because emotions cannot be managed from the outside, we manage them from the depths of our inner life.
