About to the author
There are not many people who selflessly give themselves to their neighbors and hug them with both arms. Brother Nediljko Šabić is one of them. Fra Nediljko is exactly the kind of shepherd that all believers wish for - trustworthy and strict, disciplined in his work and full of laughter. Brother Nediljko did a lot of good to his parishioners, both in Germany and in Croatia, and those who know him remember him for his sparkling energy, tireless work and selfless love with which he protects all his acquaintances and friends.
He wrote this monograph for his parishioners in St. Ante Padovanski in Tučepi, wanting to leave behind one more trace that will shine like a firefly over the traces that he left every day in the 13 years of leading the Parish, both in the sun and in the rain, tirelessly and devotedly. These traces are full of kindness, love for neighbors, God, the homeland, the Croatian language and the Croatian homeland.
