The book about Marko Perković Thompson was edited by journalist Mate Kovačević and academician Josip Pečarić. It is a kind of answer to all those, as they say in the preface, who joined the organized campaign against that Croatian singer. In addition to the bishop of Sibenik, Msgr. Ivas, about Marko Perković Thompson, his music, songs, concerts, and even the hubbub that is created around that singer, are also written by academician Ivan Aralica, academician Josip Pečarić, Dr. Mile Bogović, bishop of Gospić-Senj, and many other famous Croatian intellectuals.

The first book about Thompson has more than 250 pages and is composed of three parts. In the first, which is called "Shut up? No, I can't and I won't", the author's texts of intellectuals about Thompson. The second contains open letters and reactions of famous Croatian intellectuals about the campaign against Thompson, and the third contains excerpts from newspapers regarding the banning of his concerts.

The book was published in hard (150.00 HRK) and soft (80.00) cover.
