On the universal and eternal contradictions of love and death in the Poem cante jonda Lorca builds the most emotional and deepest poems of the Andalusian mysterious soul, which are a representation of a magnificent pantheism: they address the wind, the earth, the blue sea, the moon and such simple things as rosemary, violets and birds.
