Tuomas Kyro: The Beggar and the Rabbit
Finding himself in existential problems, Vatanescu accepts the offer of Yegor Kugar, a Russian human trafficker, to beg for him in Finland. He patiently endures hardships and humiliations, all in order to earn money for his son's football boots. One day, in a great rebellion of Kugar's beggars, Vatanescu manages to escape. On the run, he saves a rabbit and thus begins picaresque journeys, meets peculiar characters and gets into countless troubles in which he is profiled as a national hero - a great fighter for the common good and universal human values. Because of all this, Vatanescu becomes famous, which brings him harm, because in the meantime his former employer is looking for him in order to take revenge on him...
