Summary
The Light of Europe in Bosnia and Herzegovina
This book, large in both its meaning and format (41 x 29 cm, 680 pages), is luxuriously furnished and, for the sake of clarity, divided into the fields of culture, religion, ethnography, traffic, military, etc. The text in four languages and with 1,800 unique color postcards refers to the Austro-Hungarian period in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Until now, books of this type were of a narrowly regional character, or they referred exclusively to one city or to some area of human creation. For the first time, without complexes and provincial exaggerations, it is written about how it was, and not how some would like it to be. In a dignified and serious way, the book presents and collects in one place what was scattered until now.
