LISIČAR, Vicko, historian (Stari Grad, 12. XII. 1879 — Dubrovnik, 23. III. 1938). As a student of the episcopal seminary, he finished high school in Dubrovnik in 1900, and theology in Zadar in 1904, when he was ordained a priest. The center of his interest was the history of the Elaphite Islands (NS, 1920, 1924, 1930–32, 1934–35; List of the Dubrovnik Diocese, 1932–33, 1935; Dubrava, 1935); he collected antiquities from Lopud and wrote the first - popular, but based on material, especially from the Dubrovnik archives - historical and cultural-historical monographs Lopud (Dubrovnik 1931, German translation 1932), Koločep nekoć i sada (Dubrovnik 1932) and Three Dubrovnik islands (Daksa, Sveti Andrija and Ruda) (Dubrovnik 1935).
