Michieli Vitturi , Radoš Antun (Ante), Croatian polymath (Split, 24. VIII. 1752 – ?, 1822). He was a member of the delegation for agriculture of the Republic of Venice, and in 1790 he was appointed superintendent for agriculture in Dalmatia. Founded the Agrarian Academy in Kaštel Lukšić, participated in the work of the Split Public Economic Society, wrote about legal relations between landowners and their subjects. He wrote several works on the cultivation of olives, tobacco, corn and other crops. He is considered the founder of scientific agriculture in Dalmatia. He wrote archeological-historical treatises on ancient Salona, ​​M. de Dominis, F. Petrić, etc. His Survey on the ancient city of Salona (Saggio sopra l'antica città di Salona, 1779) is one of the earliest attempts at a monographic treatment of the history and monuments of ancient Salona.
