Summary

Shere Hite: Sex and Business

Women and Men in the Business Environment

Women and Men in the Business Environment. It's quite impossible that you haven't encountered some of these impossible questions at work, regardless of whether they were addressed to you or you asked them, out loud or inwardly. The famous Shere Hite, chronicler of female sexuality with radical views, really needs no special introduction. After a long absence from our market (which introduced some of her reports in the early eighties), Hite tries to destroy all possible prejudices that men and women have towards each other in the business environment with this book. Very wittily designed, accompanied by a series of illustrative interviews and research and with the inevitable software to delete - software to install inserts (which have already become a buzzword in some companies!) this excellent book does not in the least lack seriousness of approach, as well as philanthropy, common sense and sensibility. The minefield of gender roles, misunderstandings and mistrust caused by changes in the corporate structure, mutual respect that is never enough, received a sober and very useful analysis here. With a short research adapted to the Croatian market, which was commented by prof. Dr. Aleksandar Štulhofer and a great translation by Lara Holbling Matković, the Facta library strongly recommends this title!
