The dictionary Lexicon latinum interpretatione illyrica, germanica, et hungarica locuples ... is a very valuable monument of our cultural heritage, especially important for scientific studies within the framework of Croatian lexicography and lexicology, historical dialectology, comparative Slavic studies. It is being reissued on the occasion of the 250th anniversary of its publication due to the fact that copies of the original edition are very rare and difficult to find.
Although recent research has proven that the author of the Dictionary was also Franjo Sušnik, on the cover and spine of this book only Andrija Jambrešić is listed as the author, as it is also printed on the title page of the original text.
