The Zagreb Cathedral is the most monumental Croatian religious building, built in the neo-Gothic style. Outside, it is 77 meters long and 48.20 meters wide. The height of the towers is 108 meters. The inner surface can accommodate more than 5,000 people. The cathedral is the backbone of the core of the episcopal city, and since the 19th century it has been a symbol of Zagreb and the whole of Croatia, and thus the greatest monument of religion and culture and the spiritual center of the Croatian people. Our past, present and future are woven into it. She is a witness to the greatest, happiest and saddest events in the history of the Croatian nation.
