Summary
Zoran Bognar: Civilization Inferno
Eidetic Pictures I-III
Neither are books like this written often, nor are they published, nor are they fully understood - often, almost never. Not because we don't know how to read, but because sometimes historical aids are not always at hand. But, hell has always been tamed in the cracked parts of a destiny that is known, even though we have not fully understood it. The events and occasions - pictures - from this book look more like what will happen, than what we have been lurking in the past. How to understand what is written if it has yet to happen, and when it happens - how to believe that it has not already been written... The three basic pillars of the Civilizational Inferno are certainly representations that reveal three different possibilities about the survival of forgetting, reminiscence of topics that are subject to (un)forgetting, and messianic speaking through fragmentary self-citation. Determining the exact number of topics covered in the book is an impossible task, at least not in the key of interpretation that would satisfy the basic laws of literary theory.
