Summary
Walker Young: Nebojša or the theology of film
This modern Platonic dialogue is a true anthology of in-depth analyzes of films with religious themes, from the 19th to the 21st century. Militant atheist films were not left out, as well as, admittedly few, films by Serbian filmmakers that touch on religion. A special chapter is dedicated to unjustly forgotten works of eminent world directors about the resurrection of the dead. The book ends with an overview of well-known art films that are not directly religious, but therefore clearly yearn for the absolute.
