Henrik Ibsen is recognized and defined in the world cultural community as the "inventor" of modern drama. He devoted his life to the art of drama for more than half a century and is undoubtedly considered the greatest and most influential playwright of our time. This edition contains three plays (Pillars of Society, Doll's House /Nora/, Wild Duck), which, each in its own way, represent high achievements in dramatic art, but also mark some of the turning points in Ibsen's literary development.
