Valjarević Srđan

Summary

Srđan Valjarević: The narrator has finally spoken

New Fritz and Dobrila

Allow the narrator to get involved here and try to explain, or at least describe the situation, because when nobody cares, then it is the most demanding task for the narrator, because how to describe the situation and the people who no longer care, for example like the people in this story of ours, but also in general, in this whole country, that is, in what is called society, is very it is not clear what else is meant by that term, except to call it somewhat abstractly a gelatinous-hysterical big Nozobire community. ...

While they go about their daily business and spend their days endlessly thinking about the events that surround them and the thoughts that come to their mind, Fritz, Dobrila and the other famous heroes of this satirical social drama continue to express their views through inscriptions on their T-shirts that emerge from them during the night, although no one is clear how - numerous slogans related to various issues, from everyday to the most profound philosophical ones. In this, for the first time in this serialized novel by Valjarević, they are interrupted by the narrator himself, who, irritated by the absurd reality and twisted behavior of his protagonists, occasionally speaks openly and interrupts the action in order to collect himself, reflect on past events and take a breather from the heated characters.
