Summary
Nenad Čanak: Travelers to Molusia
Reading "Catacombs of Molluscs" by Günter Anders, I felt the need to write something that would be my dedication to the thinkers and writers of the twenties and thirties of the last century who were beacons of humanism of their time and who (in Brecht's words) "taught people how to recognize evil and when it is disguised as order, law or patriotism". To remind people who put their principles and writing above their own lives and safety. Who wrote to the reading public in metaphors and allegories, not thinking but implying a wide base of prior knowledge of those who took their books in their hands. To bow to Mann, Anders, Brecht, Hesse, Adorno, Horkheimer, Toler, as well as the immortal pens of Spanish internationalism, Orwell and Hemingway. To people who lived their lives without masks.
