After many years of working in restaurants and hostels in London, Sydney and Barcelona, the author wrote a cookbook. He cooks every day, and his favorite dish is chicken with asparagus, or Galinha com Aspargos e Batata Palha.
I have prepared recipes with ingredients that can mostly be found in Croatia. It is characteristic that coconut milk is added to many Brazilian dishes, which is also an ingredient in several recipes in this book. But I convinced myself that you can buy that food here, as well as some others such as cassava flour, so I included more such recipes.
Prepare in the Brazilian way with Croatian foods:
- soup and stews, chicken dishes, pork dishes, lamb dishes, mixed meats, barbecue, beef dishes, fish dishes, various snacks and appetizers, as well as desserts and drinks.
