Rasprava o demokratskoj ustavnoj državi 4: Građanska neposlušnost

Summary
Aleksandar Molnar: Debate on a democratic constitutional state 4: Civil disobedience
"[…] the perspective for the establishment of a democratic constitutional state in Yugoslavia could no longer be separated from the overthrow of Milošević's rule; but also from the legitimization of that act as resistance to tyranny, which begins the revolutionary transformation of the state and society. All in all, it can be said that the overall political events in Serbia in the period 1996-2000 decided that this debate will eventually take the form of a history of reflection relevant to the construction of a democratic constitutional state, through three different forms of opposition to the current - some tyrannical, some constitutionally constituted - authorities, i.e. using the right to resist tyranny, revolution and civil disobedience."
