Ivana Radačić: Women and Law
The book deals with the analysis of women's rights and international and domestic instruments for their protection. Equality theories in general, women's human rights, feminist critiques of the concept of human rights, and issues related to the issue of universality, i.e. cultural specificity of women's rights, and issues related to the issue of universality, i.e. cultural specificity of women's rights and human rights in general, were presented. The main areas of discrimination against women that require special legal protection as women's human rights are identified, and the existing domestic and international instruments for the protection of women's human rights are critically analyzed. The selection of texts provides a true wealth of feminist legal theory.
