Morphological and microscopic analysis checks the identity, purity and quality of spices. The morphological examination of the declared spice is important not only for work in the field, in import ports and customs offices, but is also necessary for work in control analytical laboratories. Morphological analysis includes the examination of identity based on morphological characteristics, by observing the external appearance, shape and color of spices.
