Summary

Mladen Lojkić: In the trap of the demon

In the book In the trap of the demon Lojkić studies the global issue of the influence of the Evil One and the extent of his worldly rampage. The greatest evil is related to political activities that encourage various types of intellectual and social enslavement, the conquest of other people's living spaces and goods, media manipulation of the truth, with the ultimate goal - the destruction of Catholic values, all with the intention of establishing the 'new values' of the New World Order and the establishment of a new synergistic religion in exchange for Christianity. Christians who sincerely believe in God should believe in the existence of the Evil One and his work, because the obstruction of God's Truth and Good happens in the world systematically and throughout the ages. However, never before, in such strong turbulence as in our time, evil culminates through the apparently high civilizational and humane achievements of the modern world.
The author is a Catholic layman who knows the Bible very well and with the help of the Word of God points to "what should worry us the most, the credulity and ignorance of the Croatian Catholic population" (p. 34). With his third book, with strong content, in a very short space of time, he established himself as an excellent recognizer of the causes and consequences of the world and Croatian socio-political situation.
