D. Bićanić started his professional career in 1998 in sales and management positions in the German and Croatian hotel industry. In 2003, he entered the world of business education by training in the field of coaching. For the next 4 years, he worked as a sales director and sales trainer in two educational companies. In 2007, he founded "Bićanić Consulting", through which he offered Croatian companies a unique concept of applicable sales education and consulting based on sales reality and the specifics of the Croatian market and economy. Over the next 5 years, more than 90 companies (active in b2b sales, b2c sales, retail and telephone sales) engaged Danijelo Bićanić in projects to improve sales operations. He works as a consultant and trainer in Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and Kosovo. In the role of sales coach, he had the opportunity to attend more than 4,000 b2b sales conversations, and monitor over 8,000 retail conversations. More than 800 sales employees, sales managers and sales managers have gone through "Bićanić sales training". Danijel Bićanić is a regular columnist in the monthly "Poslovni savjev" and a guest lecturer at the conference "Superprodavač". In his free time, he teaches ving tsun kung fu.
