The fourth bilingual Croatian-English monograph on the famous and famous wines of Croatia - Kutjevac graševina - is signed by a group of authors, leading local experts in viticulture and winemaking, as well as oenological and gastronomic offer: Nikola Mirošević, Ivan Vranić, Vera Soldo Čamak, Tomislav Božičević, Vladimir Jelaska, Edi Maletić, Dubravka Premužić, Zdenko Ivanković, Božica Brkan, Marijan Ričković, Jole Bolić. The monograph is completed with beautiful photographs of the Kutjevac vineyards and cellars, as well as wine customs, by artistic photographer Marija Hlača. The development of viticulture and winemaking in the Kutjevo vineyards, as well as the basic natural factors of vine cultivation and grape production with the associated vineyard maintenance systems, are excellently presented. The process of producing wine from the Graševina variety in all quality categories, with which the Graševina white variety in the Kutjevo terroir is rightly proud, is comprehensively presented. With reference to the enogastronomic peculiarities of the region, the customs of Kutjeva connected with the celebration of work in the vineyard and the celebration of wine on the Kutjeva wine roads are also described. In addition to all this, a scientific review of the work in the implementation of the selection of graševina and the evaluation of the ampelographic properties of the clone material is given.
