Dan Podjed: All those eyes

Anthropologist Dan Podjed is a researcher at the Institute of Slovenian Ethnology of the Scientific Research Center of the Slovenian Academy of Sciences and Arts and assistant professor at the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Ljubljana. From 2010 to 2018, he was the head of the Network for Applied Anthropology of the European Association of Social Anthropologists (EASA). On his initiative and under his leadership, the network has been organizing international symposia under the title "Why the World Needs Anthropologists" since 2013. At the center of his scientific interest are the problems of the relationship between people and modern technology.
