Since the invention of the Internet, e-mail, as an easy way to store unofficial messages in a computer network, has taken an irreplaceable place in the telecommunications world. E-mail is a message that can be sent by a server from one address to another e-mail address that exists in a computer network. Its advantage is not only in speed: not only can longer messages and attachments be sent from one address to another in computer traffic, but they can also be processed and supplemented in the meantime. As with telefax, the rule applies here too that the recognition of the legal obligation of e-mail must be additionally confirmed. The appearance of e-mail is not subject to any rigid norms. It contains the sender's and recipient's e-mail addresses and, in principle, notes on whether and to whom copies and/or attachments were delivered...
