After BradaVICa, MrVICa, ŠašaVICa and the Jewish book Naša je ljepša, this is the fifth collection of jokes. Various titles were suggested for this collection: CrkaVICa (given that I am retired), TrakaVICa (given that there is no end to the jokes), etc. At the last moment, the title ŠiljkoVICa appeared. As in the previous collections, jokes arrived in ŠiljkoVICa in various ways: from individuals, from various companies, some were sent by mail, some were downloaded from various Internet addresses... The most deserving are the thousands of anonymous authors. Thank you to everyone who told me jokes on the street, in the tram, in cafes, shops, even in hospital waiting rooms... For the jokes that were sent, cut from old newspapers, thanks to šjor Hrvoj Gamulin. 91-year-old retired pharmacist from Zagreb.
