How to stop the sweeping populist wave that is trying to disrupt our democracies? How to prevent the disintegration of the European Union? In order to break with unsuitable economic policies, in order to reduce belt tightening and fight against inequality, it is necessary to democratize the management of the Eurozone as soon as possible.

The agreement plan, presented and commented in this book, which was compiled by a team of lawyers, political analysts and economists and rewritten by Benoît Hamon, establishes a Parliamentary Assembly of the Eurozone that would enable the advancement of fiscal and social justice. The agreement can be adopted by the member countries of the eurozone. The text of the agreement is preceded by an introduction in which its implementation is presented in a pedagogical manner.
