Summary
Karel Kosik: On the dilemmas of contemporary history
A collection of texts by the Czech philosopher, one of the protagonists of the intellectual resistance to Stalinism and an active participant in the Prague Spring in 1968. In the selection of essays, the editor followed Kosik's key argumentation about the existence and nature of contemporary forms of alienation - which is an important obstacle to the process of human emancipation, regardless of whether it is the era of "bureaucratic socialism" or the era of "democratic transition". The book was affected by water. Translated by Ante Lešaj.
