Revision of the Mayan Prophecy
Adrian Gilbert, author of the book "The End of Time" and co-author of the book "Mayan Prophecy" connected the biblical prophecy of the opening of the Abyss, followed shortly by the appearance of a &lsquo,new heaven and a new earth&rsquo, with the Mayan prophecy of the appearance of the Fifth Sun. On December 21, 2012, when, according to the Mayan long-term counting of days, the 13th baktun from the day our world began will end, on August 13, 3114 BC, the Sun will be at the southern Stargate, where the ecliptic intersects the Milky Way in the constellation of Sagittarius and above the sting of Scorpio. At midnight, the Sun will align exactly with the very center of our galaxy. The northern sky will then be ruled by Orion, which, according to Mayan teachings, is exactly the place from which their fathers, the gods Hunahpu and Xbalanque, arrived, and which the esoteric readings of the Bible in Signs from the Sky revealed to him to be the sign of the Son of Man himself in the sky. Gilbert believes that this moment, when the Sun is located at the southern Stargate, and Orion with its northern Stargate dominates the sky, marks the end of torment and suffering and the true beginning of a new age.
