Lambert Deckers is Professor Emeritus of Psychological Sciences at Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana. He taught psychology for almost half a century, dealing mainly with motivation and emotions, as well as study courses in the psychology of learning. He is one of the founders of the American Association for Psychological Science and a member of the Society for the Study of Motivation.
