Ivan Antunović: Instruction for those who feel the temptation to become a Nazarene
"Instruction for those who feel the temptation to become a Nazarene" is the work of the famous Croatian bishop of Bač, writer and folk revivalist Ivan Antunović, printed in 1882 in Kalača.
This work was created as a response to the spread of Nazareneism (Nazarenes) among the Bunjevo-Shoka community in the Danube Region at the end of 19th century, which Antunović considered dangerous for the Catholic faith and national identity.
