Edward O. Wilson: Reconciliation: the uniqueness of knowledge
Edward O. Wilson author of twenty books and more than four hundred articles, winner of a number of awards (Pulitzer Prize, Franklin Medal...). Recently, the book "Reconciliation" has attracted special attention, in which it advocates the unification of knowledge from all fields, from art to physics, with their reduction to the laws of biology and physics. The central idea of the book is that all phenomena can be reduced to the laws of physics. The unification of knowledge should facilitate understanding of human nature and thus increase the number of human options in planning the future and solving problems. Only if we unite all knowledge can we know what we are and why we are here.
