Anthology of Croatian poetry - from ancient times to our days is divided into nine parts:
Autumn of the Middle Ages (13th-15th centuries)

Mannerism and Baroque (17th and 18th centuries)
Classicism, pre-romanticism and sunken cultural heritage (18th and 19th centuries)

Each unit begins with an introductory essay. academician Stamać, who talks about the poetics of the period and the poetic greatness that characterized the poetic period. The Anthology includes poems by 149 authors as well as poems from Ranji's collection and anonymous poems from the Middle Ages, so we can rightly say that the Anthology covers seven centuries of Croatian poetry, from Slavić and Nad grobom pojut to the poems of Delimir Rešicki and Krešimir Bagić.
The anthology contains a bio-bibliography of the poets represented.
