Summary
Milan Gromović: Raska eyes of Serbian literature: Medieval aesthetics in Serbian literature of the 19th and 20th centuries
When it comes to the quality of this book, we mean, first of all, the extraordinary analytical-synthetic language in which it is written, the author's ability to clearly and unambiguously define the topic and problem, which is the first prerequisite for the essayist to engage in a subtle but also in-depth analysis of literary phenomena. The scientific research project, the results of which are presented in this book, is an important contribution to the domestic and international science of literature because it chooses less researched topics and opens up new interpretations of the complex symbolism of a literary work in the field of connecting literature with studies of culture, anthropology, history, medieval aesthetics and Christian spirituality.
