Summary
Barbara Davis: Taijiquan Classics
The book is a commendable leap from the known to the unknown. Knowing the road and navigating are certainly not the same thing. It is not only words and sentences that express thought, it is also movement. The author gives us an example of how to read the Classics - until the covers fall apart, while the old Masters say that the movements should be repeated countless times, all in order to rise to higher levels of perfection. Content and form can always give some new sense and meaning. Balanced thought forms, emotions and movements that mean life lead man towards the universal. - Jasminko Miklec, certified taijiquan and qigong instructor and member of the 20th generation of the Chen family.
