Kalman Mesarić, a versatile artist: poet, playwright, essayist, journalist, translator, theater critic, theater critic, director, director, dedicated his whole life to literature and performing arts, and is considered the creator of Croatian folk theater. Mesarić's articles collected and published in the Ka Mesarić collection. Directions of modern art. Art. Theater. Movie. Kritika., were selected from several magazines (Vijenac, Comoedia, Misao, Hrvatska spzdnica, Kritika...) in the period between 1924 and 1930 and editorially structured into six sections: Trends in Modern Art, Theater, Film, Criticism, Conversations and From Class Consciousness to the Avant-Gardist Scene.
