Summary
Fernanda Melchor: Paradise
Inside the luxury apartment complex Paradise, two misfit teenagers secretly meet and spend time getting drunk, sharing dark fantasies and hatching plans that could lead them to the realization of their dreams. Franko Andrade, one of the residents of Paradajs, a lonely and overweight young man addicted to pornography, obsessively thinks about seducing his neighbor Marijan, a married woman and mother of two children. Polo, one of the employees in the complex, on the other hand, fantasizes about how to leave his exhausting job and home, where he lives with his mother and cousin Zorajda. Franko and Polo, at first glance, seem like complete opposites, but they are connected by their pursuit of what they think they deserve, which they have been denied. Faced with this realization, they hatch a plan that begins as a mindless prank, but spirals into a deeply dark obsession that spirals out of control.
