Summary
Manuel Rivas: The Carpenter's Pencil
In a prison in the city of Santiago de Compostela, in the middle of the Spanish Civil War, the painter draws a portico of bliss with a carpenter's pencil, painting the faces and more than that, the disappearance of his fellow prisoners. During this time, the guard, the painter's killer, observes everything. From that moment on, the pen of Manuel Rivas draws a story in which love succeeds in conquering hopelessness.
