Strukturalnost filozofije prava

Vračar Stevan

Summary

Stevan Vračar: The structural nature of the philosophy of law

During the past decade, I have published, among other things, about twenty philosophical and legal discussions and articles. These writings were prepared and published in very unfavorable social circumstances, which were accompanied by some personal difficulties. This had a decisive influence on my research in that area. For various reasons, with various direct incentives, and with appropriate engagements and ambitions, I have tried and in this way participate, within the limits of possibilities, in a kind of affirmation of this fundamental discipline. By the way, like many other authors, I have published writings that differ in volume, coverage of certain issues, depth of elaboration, so these texts are inevitably different in their external appearance and internal articulation. Because of all this, I did not have any established permanent programs for systematic research in a certain direction. In such circumstances, I didn't even think about the possible publication of a future book.
