Summary
The 'Chronicle' of Mula Mustafa Bašeskija is a document of first-class significance for the political and cultural history of Sarajevo and Bosnia. In the middle of the 18th century, the scribe Bašeski began to write his book, known to us as the "Chronicle", and continued in this work for the next fifty years. In the first part of Bašeskija's notebook, he wrote down various events, circumstances and occurrences from his life, and in the second part he recorded the names of deceased friends, acquaintances and fellow citizens.
The experience of reading this bibliophile edition of Bašeskija's 'Chronicle' is enriched with audio recordings that are activated by scanning the QR code on the announcement pages of each of the six decades of the 'Chronicle', which leads readers to the publisher's YouTube channel.
